K-LAMP.K ( under services ) the following are to be included.

1. Business counseling: The organization has an advisory committee who will discuss with the first generation entrepreneur and will guide in finalizing their venture and also appraise the present  state government policies & infrastructure facilities created by the government in the district for supporting the new entrepreneurs.
2. Skill Trainings : The organization has plans to organize skill development programs to women to enable them to take up any viable , economical activity for self sustainance. Skills which are in need to present industrial sector would be organized, which will help both the trained candidate and the industrial enterprise for mutual benefits. After training completion udyog mela will be organized in consultation with the enterprises to enable the trained person to get employment.
3. Vendor Development: The organization in consultation with government and Medium/Large scale industrial enterprises , business houses ( Malls ) will organize Vendor development programs for the benefit of women entrepreneurs to know the items that are in need by the Medium / Large scale enterprises & Business Agencies. Thus help the women entrepreneurs to know better markets and demand.
4. Seminars / workshops : Seminars / workshops will be organized in order to disseminate the government policies schemes among the women entrepreneurs. By inviting technical resource persons from Research and Development organizations, the technology and marketing information will be made known for better performance and improvement.
5. Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDP) : Enhancing the Entrepreneurial skills will make one reach success early. To motivate more women to come forward for starting their own enterprises, Entrepreneurship development programs and awareness programs are essential. The organization will plan for organizing one day awareness program , 15 days EDP and 45 days EDP for women. The Entrepreneurial qualities is essential for establishing & running any enterprise economically.
6. Hand holding support: Any new entrepreneur without any knowledge, will find difficult to under stand the scheme / policy of the state government for promotion of industry. The organization has plans to extend services to new women entrepreneurs from identifying a product till she establish her enterprise.
7. Business incubation centre: The organization would like to establish incubation centre in the following 2 sectors.

• Food processing  (b) Garment making.

Necessary infrastructure for the above 2 sectors would be created by the organization to provide necessary skill development training and make fit to take up production. The trained candidate can utilize the machinery installed in the incubation centre for her production and nominal charges for having utilized the machinery will be charged by the organisation.
